A Glasgow mum was left stunned after a pensioner exposed himself on a bus
Glasgow: A mum was totally shocked when a pensioner flashed her on a bus. Sarah-Jane, 38, was riding the Colchri number 25 service when it happened.
She got on at Lyoncross Road around 2pm and sat near a man in his 70s. Suddenly, she noticed him making quick hand gestures. Curious, she turned around and saw him exposing himself.
The bus driver quickly intervened, removing the man from the bus. He was described as tall, stocky, with grey hair, wearing a white t-shirt and black trousers.
Sarah-Jane shared her experience with GlasgowLive, saying, “He was staring at my legs. It was so blatant and not discreet at all.” She felt scared and even asked him what he was doing.
He just smiled and said nothing, which made her even more uncomfortable. “I nearly had an early heart attack,” she added, expressing her shock.
She was relieved there were no kids on the bus at the time. “It’s alarming because there are often children and older folks on public transport,” she noted.
Thanks to the driver, the man was removed for indecent exposure. Sarah-Jane wants to warn others to stay aware of their surroundings.
Police Scotland confirmed they received a report about the incident around 2:20pm. They are currently investigating to find the man responsible.
