Glasgow: So, here’s the scoop. Greggs just put out a big “do not eat” alert. They’re recalling their 2 Pack Steak Bake, which you can only find at Iceland.

The issue? It turns out the product has some Sausage, Bean, and Cheese Melts in it. But they didn’t mention sulphites on the label. That’s a problem for folks who are sensitive to sulphur dioxide or sulphites.

If you bought this two-pack from Iceland, you need to return it. Greggs made it clear that this recall only affects that specific product. No other items or batches are involved, so no need to panic.

Greggs is really sorry for the hassle. If you have questions, you can reach out to their Customer Care. Just call +44 08081 473 447 or email getintouch@greggs.co.uk.

The Food Standards Agency also chimed in, saying if you have this product and are sensitive to those chemicals, don’t eat it. Just take it back to the store for a full refund.

Oh, and speaking of recalls, Lidl Northern Ireland recently had to pull some Deluxe Sriracha Cheddar Cheese Wedge because of Listeria. That’s another one to watch out for!

Stay safe and keep an eye on your food!
