Patient Structured Education:
Type 1 insulin education programme (link)
This is a structured education for Type-1 diabetics provided at the diabetes centre.
Insulin titration programme (link)
Insulin titration group sessions: available at the diabetes centre to support intensification of insulin therapy.
T-2 diabetes education programme organised by the Wolverhampton Community Trust is supported by the specialist team (diabetes educators) in the community.

The diabetes specialist service (consultants and DSN) contribute to education, training and up skilling of staff in primary care. This includes formal educational events, LES training events and Warwick diabetes course. The diabetes specialist nurses also support training and development for care home workers.
